When i send an email the text box is grey, and hard to see. While I can change the background color by formatting it, and this is a hassle as I have to do it with every email I send. Is there an Ad-on or setting for this?

Edit/Preferences/General/Language & Appearance, Colors..., the Background color determines the background of the Write window (see picture).
