reCAPTCHA not displaying correctly or working
Hi, I am still trying to get my mother the covid vaccine. Now the problem is that reCAPTCHA does't work in firefox, internet explorer 11, or aol shield. In firefox it is not displaying correctly to even use, aol shield uses the firefox browser so it displayed the same I believe, can't remember now that I am typing, In Internet Explorer it showed the Box with the checkbox and the string "I am not a robot" but when checked the graphic load circle ran and it came back with the reCAPTCHA didn't make a connection and to check my connection, any idea on how to get this working. Thanks Steve

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
Hi, I do have a good feeling that these replies will not work because of past experience. Is there a test site that I could use to test the recaptcha, I say this because I have to wait for the hospital site to load and I am on dial up modem then I have to fill out the forms then the last thing is the recaptcha before the appointment is made. If there is a test bed that would be great, I did actually do the safe mode and the clearing with the vams vaccine system and it didn't work, something about Internet Explorer though, it won't connect to recaptcha but it shows the I am not a robot box correctly and I am able to check the box then the message box will show with the Did not connect message.
Thanks Steve
