IMAP settings:- server name: outlook.office365.com port: 993

SMTP Setting:- server name: smtp.office365.com port: 587

these were the setting I have manually set as given by the outlook sync settings page.

I tried logging in with my own password, but was not successful in logging in. After seeing a similar complaint raised Ii tried to use the app password method as I have also activated the two step authentication method but still facing the issue.

Please help me fix this issue, Thank you in advance

When you created the app password, did you remove the previous passwords from Edit/Preferences/Privacy & Security, Saved Passwords, restart TB, then enter the app password when prompted?
