What happens when you try to open the Facebook webpage? Is there any error message?

The error message says, Secure connection failed and Firefox did not connect.

Is there an advanced button available on the error page that shows more detail ? Is it possible to inspect the certificate ?

There is no other button that gives any more information and it isn't possible to inspect the certificate.

Do you have any antivirus or firewall that could be blocking your access? Please try to connect to facebook using its IP address:

I don't know what might be blocking the connection. I can't try to connect to Facebook's IP address.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

How do I reboot the computer. I have been trying to solve the computer's issues for hours and I can't find how to get back to Facebook.
