Hi Installed a dictionary add on and now Thunderbird starts and gives not responding error. I've tried to uninstall the program clear out the registry and restart my computer (win10) before reinstalling Thunderbird but after the reinstall Thunderbird still opens showing my existing email accounts and still giving not responding error not the clean install I was hoping for

I love Thunderbird and have never had a problem before. If there a fix that will completely delete Thunderbird from my computer and allow me a clean install?

Any help would really be appreciated

Many thanks for reading this

Close TB and start Profile Manager by opening a Run window (Winkey+R) and type

thunderbird.exe -p

Create a new profile, give it a unique name, and set it as Default. Add your accounts and install dictionaries from Preferences/Composition/Spelling, Add more dictionaries.
