Hello, I recently signed on to learn Spanish with Duolingo. I've been working on it for 4 days and now when I try to log into Duolingo, I get the error message:

!Invalid JWT!eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJleHAiOjYzMDcyMDAwMDAsImlhdCI6MCwic3ViIjo4NTUyMTg1NzR9.Ep0V

I've tried clearing the cache and it does not help. I can open the site without issues in Google Chrome.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Jeanne

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

If there is still a problem,

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While you are in Troubleshoot(Safe) mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
