How do I restore Thunderbird mail from a Norton 360 backup to a new hard drive. Thunderbird was reinstalled on the new drive and I can find the new profile. I don't see a profile on the Norton back up, just Mail File Folders and Thunderbird Documents.

No idea really, Norton "might" be able to help. But unless you have the same user name on both machines there will have to be some manual aligning of the restore location with the backup location.

Perhaps this will help. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data
