messages are not sending nor appearing in my Mozilla inbox but I can log in and see them
When my emails open in Mozilla, they are not appearing nor are they sending out. They do appear when I log into my email account. I am not tech savvy so please help. I was receiving and able to send messages until 3-4-22 and they stopped. The messages are coming and sending on our mac computer but not on this desktop which is Windows 7.

Check the Smtp settings in your configuration.
Thunderbird Incoming: IMAP or POP. We recommend using IMAP. Server hostname: Input your email access domain. Port: We recommend 993 for Incoming, and 465 for Outgoing. SSL: We recommend using SSL/TLS. Authentication: Normal Password. Username: Type your full "user@example.com" email address.
