Can't login to Firefox account, don't have a two-step authentication app configured for the account, can’t find recovery codes and don’t have a logged-in device
I cannot access my primary Firefox account, don't have a two-step authentication app configured for the account, can't find recovery codes, and don't have a logged-in device. In addition, I subscribe to premium services linked to the affected Firefox account, so I'm now unable to access them as well. To ask this question, I created a new Firefox account.
What should I do now? It seems I'm stuck paying for services I can no longer access. I can't even cancel the premium services since I can't access the affected Firefox account. How can I contact Mozilla Corp?

I have not received a response to my question. Is there a way to contact a paid employee at Mozilla Corporation? I'm fine with not being able to access the locked out Firefox account. So I created a new one, which enabled me to open this support question. Now, I'd like to reclaim my right to login to Firefox Relay Premium, the account I pay a monthly fee to use, like maybe linking the Relay account with my new Firefox account. As of now, I don't see a way to actually speak with a human being about resolving the problem. Any advice would be appreciated.
