All web pages in Firefox for Android and blank, just a white screen. Send like the same issue others have reported recently, but unlike them v114.1.1 has not fixed it. It may even have been when it started though I'm not sure about that.

On my phone, same Firefox version, clearing all the app data fixes it.

But sadly as soon as I setup sync, with the Firefox account, it goes blank again.

Nothing is working anymore : . Typing the URL . Coming from another app

That's interesting about sync being part of the issue. Firefox says it last synced 3 days ago, about when this problem started. I tried to disconnect from my account, Firefox appeared to crash, or at least it closed itself, as soon as I clicked Disconnect to confirm it. After a few more attempts it did seem to actually disconnect but that alone didn't fix the problem.

I then tried to delete browsing data from within Firefox but I'm not sure if that actually did anything, it seemed to hang. That didn't fix the problem either.

Deleting all data via the Android settings did work, but I'll still need a fix so I can sync again, like Magnus reported.

Strange.

I installed firefox beta to see if it had the same issue, then configured the sync on that one, then trashed my normal firefox's data again and finally configured everything again and... I don't have the issue anymore

\:-(

I remove beta from my phone, as I don't need it.

I don't say it's related, it's just weird.

I have the same problem, however I'm running Firefox 114.2.0 on Android 10. All screens blank. Cannot open any web page. I'm using Chrome at the moment for internet access. I don't want to loose all my bookmarks and open tabs (I have a lot). And unfortunately I did not set up sync with my phone and now I can't because the accounts page won't show.

Got the problem again with 114.2.0 this time

Suddenly, coming from another app does only show a white screen.

And now every page is white. Again...

Same problem for me.

I first had this issue with 114.1

After updating to 114.1.1, the issue was fixed for a few hours but came back.

Updating 114.2.0 didn't change anything...

My phone is running on Android 12.

Hi

Does switching between two tabs fix the problem?

Does switching to another app and then back to Firefox for Android fix the problem?

Do they have Android dark mode enabled?

more options

No, switching back and forth didn't help. Only deleting app data fixes it, losing everything saved, and then sync will just make it happen again later on.

And I'm using light mode, though I don't know how that could make a difference.
