The server responded: impout006.msg.chrl.nc.charter.net cmsmtp 216.131.75.10 blocked. Please see https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes for more information. AUP#Out-1020. Spectrum said it would resolve itself in 24 to 48 hours. Now sure about that. Any helpful knowledge would be greatly appreciated!!!

Your mail is refused by Spectrum because "This email account has limited access to send emails based on suspicious activity. Blocks will expire based on the nature of the activity. If you’re a Spectrum customer, contact us to remove the block."
The contact us link goes to https://www.spectrum.net/contact-us
Fundamentally your provider has limited you account because they think you are sending spam. That is why it will resolve itself in 24 to 48 hours. The computer system probably automatically limit and removes the limitation based on time since last limit imposed.
Interesting they encourage you to contact them to have the block removed and when you do they say it will fix itself in a day or two.
The IP address mentioned 216.131.75.10 however appears to be issued to strong technologies. https://ipinfo.io/216.131.75.10 If you are sending from a non spectrum IP address, work perhaps, that might be a big part in their decision your activity is suspicious. But I think you just need to ask on the contact us line and get them to fully explain it to you, as really I can research some stuff, but I am not privy to the use policies at Spectrum. Only the can explain what their customer policies are.
