Hello, FireFox community!

I use FireFox on desktop at home, at work and on mobile.

Recently I made an account at home.

When I log in to my account at work and sync which bookmarks (and settings) will last?

Which is the primary device?

Will my work bookmarks be replaced by these from home PC or will be supplemented?

I will appreciate your help!

Best wishes!

Chosen solution

There is no primary (master) device when it comes to Sync. With Sync all connected devices are equal and data from all devices is uploaded to the Sync server and merged to the other devices. So you can't connect devices to the same Sync account if you want to keep data like bookmarks separate and prevent to mix work and home.

If you want to separate your bookmarks then you have to create different account and password so they don't sync and replace each other. That is the only way to keep different account from merging with each other.
