I am having trouble with some of my e-mails taking up to 24 hours to arrive, inbox is clear (win10)

What e-mail service are you using?

AT&T or Comcast are slow, and this is normal.
They provide email service, but it's not their specialty, so that's why.
Gmail is the fastest.
I am on Big pond e-mail, 60 % are arriving ok but the rest are way overdue
