Firefox has no control how that developer creates and implements with Firefox. It's not Firefox to debug their software. Also this is only help user forum so this site can't fix their problem

In reading through the issue on Github -- I did not try it myself -- the problem is that the site loads a script in Firefox that repeatedly tries to send background requests much more rapidly than Firefox is equipped to handle:
