Firefox's browsing speed is noticeably slower than that of Microsoft Edge or Google. Why? Is there something in the settings that slows it down?

That's subjective unless your testing clean browser for each using verified test software to get correct test comparisons.

That's just double talk. I use Firefox to open a site. It's slow. I try Edge it's faster. I try Google It's faster. That's what counts right here on my computer. I don't need fancy software to test that. The results speak for themselves.

I thought I would get an answer with a possible solution. Maybe one of your ad-ons or something.

Well, I'm switching back to Edge and Google.
