I sent 5 batches of 150 BCC emails to my business customers in the last weeks, might be unrelated to my issue - however I cannot send emails now from Thunderbird, when I try this error message appears: "Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: avasout-peh-001 smtp ESMTP server not available (blacklisted by local policy)."

No idea what this means but I'd like to be able to send emails again. Any ideas or tips?

The error message you get would seem to indicate you're being blocked for having abused their policy in regards to sending mail, yes.
