I've used Firefox for several years without any problems however last week Firefox started blocking my Netzero emails and gives me the following message every time:

  Blocked by Avira NetProtection
  Detection name: HTML/ExpKit.Gen2
  Url: webmail.netzero.net/?cf=sp
  File size: 630
  Content type: text/html
  Calling process id: 12144
  Calling process path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe

I've tried unblocking popups and that has not worked. I do not have "avira net protection" installed on my computer. The same problem exists with Google Chrome but DuckDuckGo connects to my email OK. If you reply directly please reply to [edited from public] @netzero.com not the gmail address.

The Firefox web browser is not doing this as this appears to be caused by the Avira antivirus software installed on your Windows.

Btw nobody on this community support forum does direct support by chat, phone or email, especially not publicly posted ones
