Hi. I am currently using an old Firefox browser on Windows XP. I have attempted to update to the latest version but it keeps failing - download extractions fail. The file shows as corrupt and will not download or install.

Try to download Firefox here: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-3.6.6&os=win&lang=en-US http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.6.6/win32/en-US/

You can also try to disable the real-time file check in your anti-virus software during the download and installation of Firefox. Do not forget to re-enable once you're done.
