multiple tabs open when i click on an email address or click on the send a link function
When i click on an email address or click on the 'send a link' from the right click drop down menu,firefox starts opening an infinite number of blank tabs until i stop it.I can do both of these functions in explorer.I am using Windows 7 on a Sony laptop.

Check the mailto protocol, it can't be set to Firefox.

You can check the Mailto setting in Tools > Options > Applications
