Firefox freezing, not processing flash properly, high CPU usage

- Firefox takes up extremely high amount of CPU - Freezes and doesn't display many of the flash elements displayed by I.E (see reddragunweapons.com as an example) - Flash freezes on other web-sites

also noticed how firefox starts up a dllhost.exe process on the computer which consumes a lot of CPU also. When you shut down the process it does not effect anything displayed on the page.
