i have fire fox 3.6 and i'm using window 7 and when i go to watch movies on the laptop i click on the program to use to run the movie and i get on the lower bar new browsers. how can i keep these from opening up? i have not yet found the place in fire fox that lets me say what to block?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
