Are you trying to download Firefox from work, school, or other "public" place? Possibly a firewall or ISP issue.

Go to www.mozilla.com from another location and try downloading Firefox 3.6.13 again, or use a different computer and save it on a USB stick.

Are you trying to download Firefox from work, school, or other "public" place? Possibly a firewall or ISP issue.

Go to www.mozilla.com from another location and try downloading Firefox 3.6.13 again, or use a different computer and save it on a USB stick.

this helped! i was at my college and they must have had a limit on file size. thanks!
