I tried to add-on google romania to block porn. It blocks everthing! How can i uninstall?

I was looking for a filter to block any porn from coming in to pc. I clicked on add-ons from google that was named Google Romania, it did not work in that it was blocking everthing ! How can i uninstall or get rid of?
