Firefox 4.0.1 OS X Persona 1.6.2

I run the OS X version of Firefox 4. I am testing a new Persona (since all the UI stuff for the Persona are all old), but it seems that the "Custom Persona" in the menu does not appear. Curious as to what is the problem
