Try to install it manually.
To begin with download these two files:
These are direct download links so you won't see a page, merely the files which you see in the screenshot.
Close Firefox and then run the uninstaller even if you think you don't have it installed.
Next, reboot to remove the Registry entries.
When the system reboots to the desktop, run the installer. Do not open Firefox first though.
Finally, go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ to test the installation.
i have done your instructions but it is always notting no flash player in mozilla
Are you blocking plugin_container.exe with your firewall by any chance?
Also, can you see the Settings Manager @ http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager02.html

Try running Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.

my english is not zo gut i go for dutch al hetgeen hier boven als is aangehaald om uit te proberen heb ik allemaal gedaan maar er komt geen reachtie op in mozilla firefox ik krijg geen flash player ik heb al opgestart zonder ad-ons ook niets dan heb ik shockwave glash geactiveertd .....gevolg mozilla firefox reageert niet en na een tijd komt hij er door doch geen flash player en kan ik ook niet verder klikken op een link want dan krijg ik ook mozilla firefox reageert niet ik hoop dat dit genoeg uitleg is en dat je deze uitleg in het nederlands verstaat groetjes en bedankt voor de hulp die ik al heb gehad en nog moet komen
OK. Ga naar http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free en download de gratis versie van Malwarebytes. Misschien heb je malware op jouw PC die de installatie van Flash verhinderd.
heb het programma geinstalleerd en een gewone scan en een volledige scan laten doen maar niets gevonden
ik had ook al eens de firefox 3.6 geinstalleerd maar ook geen flash player
en ook al een paar maal met revo unistaller geprobreerd om te verwijderen maar noppes
