Unable at times to move a firefox window to a 2nd monitor

more options

I have 2 monitors. I open a firefox window on the primary, I then try to "grab" the window and move it to the 2nd monitor. I can't "grab" the window. After multiple attempts I can finally "grab" the window and move it.

The only thing that worked was to start in safe mode. Disable add-on only did not work. I do not wish to delete bookmarks or reset tool bars.

I will work around the problem before is reset & delete...
