I set facebook as my home page but it does not save my email address in the login box after I leave Firefox.

I have Facebook set as my home page, but when I leave Firefox and return, it does not save my login (email address) so I have to retype it each time. It did not used to be that way. When I go to Facebook using AOL it still works.

My Norton subscription was recently updated and this problem seemed to coincide with that. Could there be a connection?

When you sign into facebook, is there a checkbox that says "Keep me logged in"? If there is not, you might be clearing cookies when firefox exits: click the Orange Firefox button and click Options -> Privacy -> History section -> Firefox will: select "Remember History."

Thank you. There was a box checked "Clear history when firefox closes." I removed the check mark and it worked just fine. Thanks again.
