How to make the web developer toolbar appear in the firefox menu bar

View > Toolbars > Menu bar ON

I get the following under Tools:

Web developer (the web developer toolbar flyout menu item - I use this all the time) Web developer (the firefox standard flyout menu item - this includes firebug if installed)

However. View > Toolbars > Menu bar OFF

The web developer toolbar flyout menu item is no longer in the orange 'Firefox' drop down menu. I don't want the whole toolbar visible horizontally along the top, I just want to use it through the orange 'Firefox' menu but with the old fashioned Menu Bar OFF.

I don't know why this happens but in order to get access to the web developer toolbar I have to now press Alt+T to bring up the tools menu to access it.

Shouldn't the web developer toolbar be nested under:

Firefox orange drop down button > Web Developer (dropdown)> Firebug (flyout 1), Web developer toolbar (flyout 2).

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks,

Sam.
