Why do I get the error message saying "connection was reset"?

I get this message every once in a while. I have to restart my computer to fix this issue, temporarily.

I says "'The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while page was loading.

I have no know ISP issues.

Usually that is a sign that there is a problem with Firefox's cache. Here are some instructions for clearing Firefox's cookies and cache.
