Hello. After installing a new version each time you launch plugins checked for compatibility with the installed version. And when Mozilla starts, it always appears this front page(http://www.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/17.0.1/whatsnew/?oldversion=13.0), regardless of the setting.

Homepage comes with this (http://www.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/17.0.1/whatsnew/?oldversion=13.0) simultaneously. And I found another bug. Tried to change the start page of this (www.google.tsom), but out of the program, all reset to the previous page(http://www.playground.ru/).
