When upgrading to the latest version, I end up with a Firefox 18.0.2 update box which just gives option of saving an .exe file, nothing else. How do I upgrade?

Hi, the box that appears is the 'opening firefox setup 18.0.2.exe' I only have the option to save the file http://download.cdn.mozilla.net, or cancel. No run option or where its downloaded to.

Any help to upgrade to the latest version welcomed.

Click the save button. After the file finishes downloading, double click it, and install the newest version of Fierfox

After updating, follow the steps at How to reset the default user agent on Firefox

There are other things that need your attention.

You should also update your outdated Flash plugin
