I downloaded internet explorer bookmarks but only A-C came over and I have tried twice how do I get all of them?

I can't get all of my internet explorer bookmarks in Firefox. I have tried to download them like the help desk said and they still only bring A-C over. How can I fix this?

Try this.

In IE:
File > Import/Export - Export to HTML file

then in Firefox:
Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Import HTML... = From HTML file
