After trying all suggested fixes, download error - javascript application still occurs when I try to download using Ant video downloader - help?
This started after the latest security update for Firefox26 self installed. I have tried all of the suggested fixes; restarting in default mode, un-installing then re-installing the Ant video down loader etc all to no avail. How do I fix this?

Ant Video Downloader 2.4.7.11 is a Firefox add-on that doesn't look like it's been updated yet for Firefox 26. See https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloader-player/
The best I can suggest is to contact the add-on developer.
This is an issue related to a specific Firefox add-on that is no longer compatible with the current version of Firefox. It's possible that a future version of this add-on will be updated, or you may be able to find an alternative. See this article for more help with that.
If you would like to try a different add-on that works with Firefox 26, see Find and install add-ons to add features to Firefox or visit addons.mozilla.org

OK, there's more information posted today to the add-ons page. This is from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloader-player/reviews/523540/

Well, we are making our best to keep up with Firefox API changes.
You can already manually update to the last version : https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/video-downloader-player/versions/
For the automatic update, you'll have to wait for the Mozilla team's review.
The Ant team.
Hope that helps!
