I've been trying to configure my Atlantic BB email in thunderbird and it wont allow me. I need a certificate that doesn't seem to exist. Also, I've been trying to use the email settings from Atlantic bb and they are not working out. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

what settings have they supplied? What "certificate" explain that please? If it is an error message verbatim.
