I am getting garbage on home page and sites I bring up
When my home page comes up there is a bunch of letters and symbols on the right side of the page. Then all of a sudden it has started to put the same garbage on the websites I bring up. I have tried refresh, etc. and it keeps coming up again.

What kind of garbage?
Can you attach a screenshot? Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
