I will just expound on the question. I have two PC laptops - a cheap one and a decent one. The decent one is the PC I use for my small business. Unfortunately, that computer crashed or something - regardless, it won't start. I desperately need my bookmarks (the desktop folders as well - but that is another issue..). I tried several of the suggestions in troubleshooting, but to no solution. I am not computer saavy... Thank you, Doug
