TB won't launch
TB started giving the message, "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Thunderbird. Do you want to reboot now? (Yes)(No)" I rebooted. Now everytime I try to launch TB I get the same message. Reboots don't solve it. TB won't launch. I suspect a TB 15 upgrade bug. How do I get TB to launch? If I do an uninstall, will I lose my address book(s) & subfolders?

Save all your profiles first before uninstalling. Then you can put them back once reinstalled. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data
