Plugin Container randomly adjusts volume by itself

For some weird reason I cannot explain, the plugin container randomly dims the volume to to "barely audible", which is especially annoying when I want to listen to music.

I found out you can recreate this problem by opening the flash microphone settings menu, but it also happens without that.

My first guess was skype intervening, but I disabled everything that could automatically adjust my volume there and it still happens.

The pages that are open that could use flash are Youtube, Grooveshark and Facebook.

Update: it also happens when my computer goes into hibernation or the screen dims.
