Web site thinks that I use a dial-up connect but I use DSL; what needs to be reset?

An interactive web site is viewable by anyone but purchases can only be made by people in Georgia. Site administration say that my connection type appears to be mobile, or dial-up, so my location can't be confirmed. The fact is that I use a DSL modem and a wireless router. My internet connection is set to automatic and the never dial a connection is checked but appears faded (not available to check or uncheck). What is causing this misinformation being sent out from my computer?

What does this web page say about your location? http://whatismyipaddress.com/

Trying to turn off the router, or reboot it, doesn't change anything. Site http://whatismyipaddress.com doesn't explain it either. The site admin at the site I am trying to use said that my connection was mobile or dial-up, but it is a DSL, and they therefore could not verify my physical location.
