Hi,

I have a new computer that I would like to install Thunderbird mail on. The new computer is running Windows 7 and Interrnet Explorer 11. On my old Windows XP computer I have been using Outlook Express. Is there a way to get all of my address book and messages from Outlook Express and import them to Thunderbird ?

Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill,

What you can do is export all your adress book of Outlook Express in .csv format. Then you can import that .csv in Thunderbird.

For the export, take a look at the step 2 here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270670/en-us.

I hope it will help you.
