When I go to tools I can change the font for viewing but not able to change the font for typing e-mail in my yahoo account. Is so small can hardly see.

Maybe you have that domain zoomed out? { Ctrl + 0 } from the keyboard to reset the zoom level to default while viewing one of the pages where that happens.

Tried that and the font in the typing is still small . Only the rest of the e-mail got big - folders etc.

Did you check the font size setting in the Yahoo editor?
