YouTube only showing a quarter of the video on full screen.

So yesterday I was watching videos on YouTube, full HD and full screen with no problem, but today, when I switched to full screen, only the top left quarter of the video is visible (as shown on the image). I know is something with the Shockwave flash plug in, but I don't know what's going on with it. I've tried deleting cookies, deactivating the plug in, installing flash player again and nothing seems to work. I tried Explorer, and everything works fine there. What's going on? I don't want to switch to Explorer every time I want to see a video on full screen. This only happens on full screen.
