The add to reading list icon, which used to be at the URL bar and left to the 'Reload current page' or 'Enter Reader View' was disappeared.

And I also can't find the reading list view to be opened on the menu > view > sidebar, which I remembered the reading list option was in there.

Is it a change of firefox browser or is something wrong with my browser?

Did you check the readinglist prefs on the about:config page?

Note that the "Add page to Reading List" is only visible when you hover the location bar. "Enter Reader View" will only appear if the content of the web page meets certain conditions.
