Firefox opens for about 4-5 minutes, crashes without warning. Not updating page when crashes. Using Version 37.02, Win server 2012.

Seemed to start when 37.02 was updated. Tried refresh and clean re-install. Has lost all saved bookmarks and data in the re-install. Also crashes in safe mode. Virus and malware scans clear. Cannot get Firefox stable for long enough to submit this query, so I have had to do it through IE

Download the current full installer for your Rapport programs. Remove the current program. Reboot. Run a registry scanner.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in save mode;

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Also while still in Safe Mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Running well now. Scans and reboots seem to have reset something!

Good to hear. Now you can try Rapport. If there is any problem, shut it down.
