Okay - I 'Finally' found it! (Thank You for not Berating me!) (I didn't realize it was on the Drop Down ("When Firefox starts") (( and it was staring me in the face the whole time!! ))

What is your startup setting?

  • Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts":
"Show my windows and tabs from last time"
    "Show my home page"
    "Show a blank page"

If you use "Show my windows and tabs from last time" then your tabs will be restored automatically the next time and Firefox won't ask for confirmation when closing.

You can look at these warn prefs on the about:config page and toggle the value to true via the right-click context menu or double click with the left mouse button.

  • browser.showQuitWarning
  • browser.warnOnQuit
  • browser.warnOnRestart
  • browser.tabs.warnOnClose
  • browser.tabs.warnOnCloseOtherTabs

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
