I need to send an email to several groups of supervisors for work. The supervisors are grouped in my contacts by semester ...some supervisors are in more than one semester....I don't want them to get the email multiple times...how can this be done?

Hi I've located this addon:

If you send out email to first mailing list and then need to send same email to a second mailing list, this addon will allow you to use a 'Not-to' specific email addresses that perhaps had already received that email because they were contacts in the first mailing list.

How to Install Addon: After downloading addon extension *.xpi file to desktop or downloads folder.

In Thunderbird 'Tools' > 'Add-ons' or 'Menu icon' > 'Add-ons'

Click on gear wheel icon and select 'Install Add-on From File'. Locate the *.xpi file you downloaded and click on 'Open'. You many need to restart Thunderbird when prompted.
