Only a few minutes to install, with minor variations depending upon the speed of your PC, or do you mean how long to download? The download takes longer and that depends on the speed of your internet connection, so the time frame can vary greatly up to 15 minutes or half an hour.

What style of internet connection have you? How long have you been waiting? Can you check your download speed per second for this download? How many minutes is it saying remain?

Were you using the small online stub installer from www.mozilla.org or the full setup for offline install from the Systems & Languages link www.mozilla.org/firefox/all ?
