You sent me an updatye for Firefox today and I can no longer connect to my sling box

After the update installation, I proceeded to open Dish through my slingbox. It redirected to a page that required me to a slingbox site for an app. I cannot get the app because this computer runs XP. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
