can no longer access q-see dvr. Asks me to click icon to upgrade webkitplugin but still cannot access.

nexus 9 tablet trying to access a q-see security cameras and dvr. worked fine until tonight. when I try to access the ip address I get a msg "please click icon to upgrade webkitplugin." Doing so changes nothing. Why can't I access the site?

I am not sure if Greasemonkey is available for Firefox for android and this reference is way outdated:

Unless it is looking for a flash plugin, can you also contact the developer of the site for support?
