My Firefox is so Slowwww. And I can't reset firefox. I reset as follows - about:support >> Refresh Firefox : Not Working - Help Menu >> Refresh Firefox : Not Working - Shift-left before open Firefox >> Select Refresh Firefox : Not Working - User 3rd software : Your Uninstall, Iobit Uninstall, using super unintall mode and reinstall firefox : Not Working.

When i open firefox, all without change. Firefox can't reset, can't remove, can't wipe. I do not know how to make a new Firefox. My computer no Virus. I using : Avast Premier & Malwarebytes Anti-Malware so the virus can not be the case. I removed all Add-on on Firefox. And i use Windows 10.

Chosen solution

You can refresh "manually" Firefox:

  1. Uninstall it
  2. Download the last release from this link
  3. Install Firefox from the downloaded file
Don't start Firefox when installation is complete
  4. Press the keys Windows + R and enter the command line
    firefox.exe -ProfileManager
  5. Create a new profile and make it the default profile
  6. Then start Firefox

Try to refresh Firefox in Safe Mode.

To start Firefox in Safe Mode, close it, then start it again by holding down the shift key of your keyboard.
